Refund Policy:
Full refund less shipping charges will be given for book returns within 30 days of delivery. Please return any books damaged due to shipping for full replacement. Second shipping charges will not apply.

Delivery Policy:
orders are sent via Canada Post. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We ship to all countries.

Privacy Policy:
At the winningteam.org and rideinmyfootsteps.com we recognize that privacy is important. We treat information and communications as confidential and store only contact information as supplied by those contacting us directly.

Information we collect and how we use it: We store name and contact information in our database (not accessible to those viewing the site) for the purposes of notifying you of any updates, with your permission. For customers who have purchased a book, we keep your name and address in the event a return is requested. We keep this information in our database for 5 years after your last communication with us before deleting it. We do not store any credit card information on our site. We do not share, make available or sell any of this information.

Log information Log information is maintained for the purposes of diagnosing service problems and is not revealed to any second parties.

User communications - When you send email to us, we may retain those communications for an indefinite period of time
